Emily in Paris is one of the hit series on Netflix. The American comedy-drama gives the audience the same vibes as Sex in the City when it comes to friendship, falling in love and chasing dreams — except that it is set in Paris and not New York. And that is probably because the two shows are created by Darren Star.

Many are looking forward to witnessing Emily's (Lily Collins) next adventure. What will happen to Emily and Gabriel (Lucas Bravo) in Season 2? Will they be together or will she meet a new man this time?

Emily in Paris Season 2 First Look

Netflix gave fans a preview of what to expect in Emily in Paris Season 2 in a series of pictures shared on Instagram Thursday night.

In the pictures, Emily has maintained her admirable fashion. Apparently, in the second season, Emily will continue her social media strategy job at Savoir.

She moved to Paris from Chicago after her former boss, Madeline Wheeler (Kate Walsh), had to pass up the opportunity because she was pregnant. Emily took over for Madeline and it was how her life in Paris began.

In the photos shared by Netflix, Emily can be seen with a new man named Brit (Lucien Laviscount). The duo seems to have a spark. He is probably her new love interest or a new colleague.

When Netflix announced Laviscount's casting, it described the character as someone who "gets under Emily's skin before she starts to like sarcastic charm."

The other photos featured Emily with her pals Mindy (Ashley Park) and Camille (Camille Razat). There are also pictures of Emily with her love interests Gabriel and Antoine Lambert (William Abadie) and her boss Sylvie Grateau (Philippine Leroy-Beaulieu). There are also pictures of her with her coworkers Luc (Bruno Gouery) and Julien (Samuel Arnold).

Emily in Paris Season 2 Spoilers

In a previous interview with Cosmopolitan, Bravo hinted a possible "queer" relationship between the characters. According to him, the previous season "planted a few seeds about different characters" sighting Camille kissing Emily in the lips and saying she was not sorry about it.

Collins seemed to hint about the same thing. In an interview with Vogue U.K., she mentioned Emily's moments with Camille.

"There are tons of little moments where you're like, ‘…Does Camille like Emily?' You can't really get a vibe, and I feel like that ambiguity is what keeps Emily intrigued," Collins said. "I think anyone in that position would be like, you're my friend, but now I have this romantic connection [with Gabriel], and I don't want to hurt you, but… Oh my God! So, you know what, it's really confusing. I feel like the next season will only create more love triangle drama, although maybe Emily will have a little bit of a stronger handle on the situation."

Who will return and join Emily in Paris Season 2?

Apparently, the majority of the cast members will be returning in Season 2. In the first look shared by Netflix, Collins, Leroy-Beaulieu, Park, Bravo, Arnold, Gouery, Razat and Abadie are all back for the second season.

Fans can also expect new faces in Season 2. Jeremy O. Harris will be joining as an iconic fashion designer, Laviscount will play the role of Brit whose presence irritates Emily, and Arnaud Binard is also on board as the party boy owner of a popular Saint Tropez nightclub.
