There's no denying that Elizabeth Olsen was one of the MVPs of the Marvel Cinematic Universe's Phase Four and following her involvement in Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness, she is enjoying her much-deserved break from the franchise. Now, we still have no idea whether or not Wanda Maximoff will find her way back to Earth-616 but one thing is for certain, Elizabeth is no longer keeping up with the MCU.
It turns out that Olsen is clueless about the jaw-dropping news surrounding Ryan Reynolds' third Deadpool film and it only proves how disengaged she has become. Appearing on the red carpet of Variety's Power of Women event, the 33-year-old star revealed that she didn't know about Hugh Jackman's Wolverine return in Deadpool 3 until it was mentioned during their interview.
She later talked about the possibility of Wanda meeting Magneto in the franchise and if things were up to her, she'd love to share the screen with Michael Fassbender. Olsen said: "It’d be cool to work with a lot of those people from the X-Men franchise. I think [Michael] Fassbender is my dad in some world?"

To be fair, it's been over two years since Olsen disconnected from social media so I guess there's no way for her to learn about the latest MCU developments. And technically speaking, she has nothing to do with the franchise right now and it's only natural for her not to be in the know. Hopefully, we'll still get to see Wanda continue her journey.
Marvel Studios' Deadpool 3 is scheduled to hit cinemas on September 6, 2024.
