Amber Heard replaced Elaine Bredehoft as her legal counsel. Following the reports of the Aquaman actress sacking her attorney, we revisited her viral moments in the courtroom during the six-week trial in Virginia.

3 Times Elaine Bredehoft Went Viral during Johnny Depp, Amber Heard Trial

Amber Heard lost the defamation battle against her ex-husband, Johnny Depp, in June. The jury came up with a unanimous decision that her 2018 Washington Post op-ed indeed defamed the Pirates of the Caribbean actor.

The Aquaman 2 star hired David L. Axelrod and Jay Ward Brown to represent her in her effort to appeal the June 1 verdict. Ben Rottenborn of Virginia-based Woods Rogers Vandeventer Black remains as co-counsel, while Bredehoft reportedly stepped down.

Here are some of the viral moments featuring Heard's lawyer in the courtroom, according to Newsweek.

Elaine Bredehoft Claimed Amber Heard Used Milani Cosmetics

During her opening statements in April, Bredehoft showed the makeup Heard reportedly used to cover up her alleged bruises throughout her relationship with Depp. The 36-year-old actress had the makeup with her all the time while showing it to the people in the courtroom.

Bredehoft was holding Milani Cosmetics' Conceal & Perfect All In One Correcting Kit. She said that Heard would discuss the color combination she used to cover the alleged bruises.

"All kinds of people saw Amber that week, and she didn't have any bruises on her face. Well, let me show you this," said Bredehoft while holding the makeup palette. "This is what Amber carried in her purse for the entire relationship with Johnny Depp."

However, Milani Cosmetics released a video that didn't support Bredehoft's claim. The cosmetic company revealed that the makeup palette the attorney showed in the courtroom was launched in 2017, and the alleged abuse happened between 2014 to 2016. Apparently, the product had not existed at the time.

Amber Heard's Lawyer Looked Loss

In May, Bredehoft went viral again, but for the opposite reason — this time due to the things she didn't say. A video went viral showing Depp's lawyer, Camille Vasquez, grilling Heard about her allegations that her ex-husband assaulted her.

When Bredehoft questioned Heard during her testimony, Vasquez repeatedly objected to the testimony as hearsay and lacking evidence. It came to a point when Bredehoft conceded, saying she had no more questions.

The judge told Heard to go and sit with her legal counsel. However, the London Fields actress chose to walk out and left the courtroom.

Elaine Bredehoft vs. Ex-TMZ Employee Mogan Tremaine

The most talked about scene during the trial involving Heard's attorney was probably Elaine Bredehoft cross-examining Morgan Tremaine, who previously worked with TMZ. When she cross-examined Tremaine, the attorney seemingly accused the latter of testifying to gain his "15 minutes of fame", which he denied. However, his clap back was fierce that the netizens couldn't believe how cool he delivered it.

"I stand to gain nothing from this. I'm actually putting myself in the target of TMZ, a very litigious organization and I'm not seeking any 15 minutes here. But you're welcome to speculate. I can say the same thing - by taking Amber Heard as a client - for you," Tremaine said while the audience erupted into laughter.

Tremaine reacted after learning that Bredehoft is no longer part of Amber Heard's legal team and jokingly called the lawyer his "bestie."

"So bestie got fired and replaced with lawyers from the same firm that failed to stop me from testifying," Tremaine tweeted. "Do I have that right?"
