EA has been successful in producing Star Wars Games despite being limited by seemingly losing an exclusive license to continue making games after the Star Wars titles.

There is no slowing down for the game production company on developing more games within that license albeit no longer holding the exclusive rights to create the games either as the company drew over $3 billion from its roster of Star Wars games.

The CEO of EA, Andrew Wilson, said that losing exclusivity does not put their production of the Star Wars games to a halt as it would not affect their commitment to the title and their ability to produce the suitable number of games under that title.

Wilson also expressed that Star Wars have been extremely valuable to EA now that the Star Wars games they produce brought the company over $3 billion in net bookings. Not only that, but the games also gave the company 52 million sales since the inception of the game.

The mobile game of Star Wars: Galaxy of Heroes, on its own, has scored EA $1 billion of the aforementioned earnings.

This only pumped-up EA to continue creating Star Wars Games and Wilson assured that EA has no plans on slowing down the production of the game sharing that the whole team is excited to produce more in the future.

EA will also be exploring new experiences on various platforms shortly and that the company will carry on investing in the franchises they already released.

The future of Star Wars games has been expanding after the brand of Lucasfilm Games returned and with Ubisoft announcing an open-world Star Wars Game.

This does not stop EA from making their own titles on the Star Wars games and surely, for the next few years, there would be more Star Wars games than we'd ever imagined.
