Dwayne Johnson Teases Black Adam Production Start by Ripping Off House's Security Gate

There is little doubt that people are already looking forward to Black Adam, which will introduce Dwayne Johnson as the titular DC comic book antihero. But is it possible that the DC Extended Universe flick has already started production? Johnson may have teased on the possibility when he shared an epic story about ripping off his own house's security gate on social media.

Johnson recently shared a lengthy post on his official Facebook account along with a surprising photo. Check it out below.

"We experienced a power outage due to severe storms, causing my front gate not to open. I tried to override the hydraulic system to open the gates, which usually works when power goes out - but this time it wouldn't. Made some calls to see how fast I can get the gate tech on site, but I didn't have 45min to wait," Johnson wrote.

This is when the story gets interesting. "By this time, I know I have hundreds of production crew members waiting for me to come to work so we can start our day.
So I did what I had to do," Johnson wrote. "I pushed, pulled and ripped the gate completely off myself. Ripped it completely out of the brick wall, severed the steel hydraulics and threw it on the grass."

If you think this is the coolest thing about this story, Johnson has more to share about the incident. "My security team was able to meet the gate technician and welders about an hour later — and they were apparently, 'in disbelief and equally scared' as to how I ripped it off. Not my finest hour, but I had to go to work," he wrote. He then concluded the post with one line: "And I'm ready to be BLACK ADAM."

Whoah, so does this mean that Johnson channel Black Adam and tore off his own gate in his dire need to get to work? Well, not really. As it turns out, Johnson is currently working on a completely different project for Netflix. His new movie Red Notice has recently started production and interestingly, it will also star Gal Gadot and Ryan Reynolds.

Black Adam will start production in early early 2021 and is scheduled for release on December 22, 2021.
