Dwayne Johnson Shares Touching Stan Lee Tribute


Fans all over the world have taken it to social media to share their tributes of Stan Lee after he passed away on Monday, and Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson is one of the celebrities who commemorated the Marvel legend.

The 95-year-old passed away on Monday but the cause of death wasn't specified. Now, Johnson has posted a photo with Stan Lee on his Instagram, and it came with a short and touching message to Lee and his fans.

"We lost a good one," Johnson said. "What a man and what a life."

Johnson went on to share the advice Lee gave him years ago.

"When I first broke into Hollywood, years ago he was so warm and welcoming to me - I'll never forget it," he wrote. "He gave me very sage advice on navigating a career, that I'll always carry. What a life he's lived and how awesome that his imagination and universe creation impacted generations around the world. And for generations to come. Rest in love, my friend."

Earlier today, Star Wars icon Mark Hamill also shared a tribute of Stan Lee on Twitter.

Lee is still expected to have a cameo in Avengers 4, which will hit theaters next May. He's also expected to have a cameo in Captain Marvel, on theaters on March 8.
