Today, Dungeons & Dragons revealed that there will be four new playable races for the upcoming Magic: The Gathering crossover, Guildmaster's Guide to Ravnica.

The new D&D MTG campaign will be released this November, and it's set to focus on Magic's popular world, Ravnica. On the official D&D website, four new races for the upcoming campaign have been revealed and they include Simic's hybrid that combines human and animal parts, the elephantine Loxodon, the reptilian Viashino, and the blue-skinned Vedalken.

Although they're considered "new" by D&D players who never played Magic, those who are familiar with the popular trading card game would know that these races were introduced in Magic years ago. Each of the four races have their own unique attributes. Simic hybrid players can gain animal-like abilities that give them the ability to fly or attack foes with a spit attack. The Vedalkens are known for their extraordinary wisdom and intelligence; The Loxodon have natural armor since they have thick hides; The Viashino can use their semi-prehensible tail as a weapon.

Guildmaster's Guide to Ravnica will be released on November 20.
