Drugstore in Another World, which is part of the isekai scene this summer, might not be the most original of the new shows, but it does have its fans, who might wonder if they can watch it in English. So, will there be an English dub of Cheat no Kusushi Slow Life, and when will it release?
Based on a light novel of the same name, the new isekai series is the story of Reiji, a man who struggles in his day job. You know the drill; an adult living a boring, mundane life gets to live their dreams in a new, magical world. Mushoku Tensei,That Time I Got Reincarnated as a Slime, and The Saint's Magic Power Is Omnipotent all follow similar recipes to varying degrees of success.
The recipe of Drugstore in Another World is quite simple; Reiji decides to combine existing knowledge with newfound powers in order to start a slow, stress-free life, as a pharmacist. This is your typical RPG fantasy world, with elves and the like, so you can expect some hilarity from the very nature of Reiji's concoctions. See the eye drops for an elf who couldn't aim with a bow, for instance.
Drugstore in Another World airs weekly on Crunchyroll. At the time of writing, it's only available to stream with English subtitles, and the release date of the dub, if any, is currently not known.
Getting an English dub together is always hard work, and it takes time if you want to get it right. The ongoing pandemic makes it all harder than usual, so delays are to be expected.

Taking this into account, it's unlikely that Drugstore in Another World would be prioritized for the dub treatment. This is because the anime has mixed reviews on Crunchyroll and elsewhere, with viewers criticizing its unoriginal use of tropes and the fanservice elements.
Crunchyroll usually dubs very specific anime, so, if we were to make a prediction, we'd say that other anime would be preferred. That being said, we'll update this space should any announcement be made.
