Dragon Ball Super: Super Hero Reveals First International Release


2022 is going to be a great year for Dragon Ball Super. As you probably know by now, the next feature-length film of Akira Toriyama's shonen franchise, Dragon Ball Super: Super Hero, will arrive in theaters in Japan this April, but of course, fans from all over the world want to know when the highly-anticipated anime movie will be released in other regions. Now, we know that one of the Asian countries will release the film sometime in June.

According to a recent report, Thailand cinemas will screen Dragon Ball Super: Super Hero starting June 2, and tickets are now on sale through Major Cineplex.

Unfortunately, this is the only international release announced for Dragon Ball Super: Super Hero so far. Fans from North Ameica, South America, Europe, and other regions are still waiting for an official release date, but expect Toei Animation to make more announcements soon. Many are expecting that the movie will debut this summer.

While fans are excited to see Dragon Ball Super: Super Hero, many are also speculating the return of the Dragon Ball Super anime series this year. Although Toei Animation hasn't confirmed that the anime will make a return to the small screens, an executive recently hinted a possible return.
