Dragon Ball Super: Super Hero 4K ULTRA HD Blu-ray/Blu-ray/DVD Release Date Revealed

Dragon Ball Super: Super Hero has been performing well in the global box office, and fans all over the world are buzzing about the latest feature film from Akira Toriyama's shonen franchise. The anime movie received an impressive 93% critics score and 95% audience score on Rotten Tomatoes, and many fans from around the world are wondering when they can watch Dragon Ball Super: Super Hero from the comfort of their home.

Now, Toei Animation has announced that Dragon Ball Super: Super Hero will be available on 4K ULTRA HD Blu-ray/Blu-ray/DVD in Japan on December 7, 2022. Crunchyroll hasn't announced an U.S. or U.K. release date yet, but expect it to arrive by late this year or early 2023.

Twitter user @DBSChronicles has shared sample images of the 4K ULTRA HD Blu-ray/Blu-ray/DVD packaging for Dragon Ball Super: Super Hero. As you can see below, it features Gohan and Piccolo in their new transformations, Orange Piccolo and Gohan Beast. Another artwork features various characters from the movie, including Goku, Vegeta, Goten, Trunks, Android 18, Bulma, and members of the newly-revived Red Ribbon Army, including Gamma 1 and Gamma 2.
