Dragon Ball Super Chapter 71, The Heeters' Plan, has been released, and the English version is available to read online now. In the previous chapter, we learned that the Heeters, the wealthy and powerful family in Universe 7, has a plan to pit Granolah against Goku and Vegeta, and the latest chapter reveals how they will make that happen.
In Chapter 71 of Dragon Ball Super, Macki and Oil visit Earth to ask Goku and Vegeta to "eliminate a problem" in another planet. While Goku and Vegeta are training with Whis and Beerus, the Saiyans receive a call from their wives Chichi and Bulma telling them that the Heeters need them to beat a villain who claims to be the strongest in the universe. That "villain", of course, is Granolah, the lone Cerealean survivor who still has a vendetta with Freeza.
When Goku and Vegeta return to Earth to meet Maki and Oil, the Heeters welcome them to their luxurious spaceship, where they are offered whatever food they desire. While Goku and Vegeta are preoccupied in the spaceship, Maki secretly contacts Granolah and tells him that two of Freeza's assassins are heading to planet Cerealean, and that they're members of the Saiyan tribe. The manga chapter concludes with Granolah saying that revenge will finally be his.
This chapter made it clear that the Heeters are the true masterminds behind the major conflict of the Granolah the Survivor arc. Chapter 72 will likely feature Goku and Vegeta's first encounter with Granolah, and their battle will most likely show us who the strongest warrior in the universe really is.
