Earlier this year, the Dragon Ball Super anime series concluded with its Tournament of Power arc but the manga will continue the series and the next arc will reportedly take place after the events of Dragon Ball Super: Broly.

According to recent reports, the release date of the new manga arc will be next month.

As GovetaXV pointed out on Twitter, the next art will debut in the December 2018 chapter release of the series. This means that the Tournament of Power (Universe Survival) could be put to an end in the early part of the chapter and the latter half would begin the new arc.

The new arc is reportedly called Galactic Patrol Prisoner and it teases the return of The Grand Supreme Kai. The synopsis for the new Dragon Ball Super arc arrived online, and you can read it below:

"Shortly after the ToP and the events of DBS: Broly, Goku and Vegeta are training together when Bulma passes along a message from Mister Satan that a mysterious group has appeared at his house and is attempting to kidnap Buu. Goku and Vegeta go to investigate and indeed find a group loading the (still sleeping) Buu into a familiar-looking spaceship,"

Dragon Ball Super is available for streaming on Crunchyroll Saturdays at 7:15 p.m. CST. Toonami still airs the English dub of Dragon Ball Super on Adult Swim Saturdays at 9:30 p.m. It's also available to stream on Funimation.
