Official previews for the upcoming Magic: The Gathering compilation set Double Masters continue to reveal reprints of some of the best MTG cards for eternal Constructed formats, but one rare card was apparently leaked ahead of its official reveal.
Over on Reddit, a user who goes by GSV-GREY-AREA shared a photo showing the back of a Double Masters VIP Edition box, and if you look closely, you would notifce a familiar black rare discard spell with its original art.

It's Thoughtseize, and it looks like it features the stunning original art by Aleksi Briclot.

The set is already loaded with tons of powerful cards, and Thoughtseize is definitely a welcome reprint. Wizards of the Coast still hasn't revealed if it will have an alternate-art version, but we've seen several other cards from the set get a fantastic alternate-art treatment.
Double Masters will be released on August 7, 2020; it will also be available on Magic Online for $6.99 per pack. The price for the VIP Edition was previously revealed to be $90 a pack.
