Across 9 episodes of Netflix's Don't Hate the Player, we get to follow 13 players competing against one another in various games and challenges to test their survival skills for a chance to win 150,000 euros and a spot in a designated luxury villa.
These 13 contestants find themselves confused upon arriving at camp, where they must form their clans and choose a captain to lead them to their victory.
Of course, what makes any survival game shows more interesting is the highly anticipated elimination rounds where each player must shape their own fate and stand their ground to stay in on the race for as long as they can in the series.
As of writing, the reality show has four episodes available to stream on Netflix, where we get to see new clans and more challenging games contestants would have to strategize over with none other than the reality show veteran, Claude Dartois.

Reality Show Veteran Comes Into Play to Host the Netflix Show
Claude Dartois, who is recognized as a four-time finalist in the entire Survivor franchise, hosts Netflix's Don't Hate the Player.
As seen from the trailer alone, contestants immediately knew who Dartois was and how he reached this opportunity of a lifetime in his career.
Considering Dartois was nearly the crowned winner aka Sole Survivor in Survivor season 27, the only thing that held him back was when his title got revoked for allegedly cheating in the games.
Nevertheless, we'll get to see him in a different light as the overseer of Don't Hate the Player contestants and perhaps even learn a little something from his own experiences.
