2018's Solo: A Star Wars Story isn't exactly one of the most celebrated Star Wars projects out there but there's no denying that Donald Glover's magnificent portrayal of Lando Calrissian was one of the film's highlights, so much so that fans wanted to see him return to the franchise in his own solo project. While it seemed like an improbability for a time, Lucasfilm finally confirmed in December 2020 that they're developing a Lando-centric series for Disney+.
Now, information about the series has remained scarce but we do know that Glover will reprise the role. When the actor appeared on the latest episode of Jimmy Kimmel Live!, host Jimmy Kimmel did everyone a favor and tried to squeeze something out of the former Childish Gambino and attempted to make him spill the stuff fans wanted to know about the project.
Unsurprisingly, Glover played coy when Kimmel opened the subject and said: "Am I? [You're] just telling all my business... No, yeah, I have a lot of things. I like to blossom, and then go away... And right now it's definitely the start of another one of those. I have like a ton of stuff I've been working on, but I just wanted it all to come out at the same time. I feel like that's what's important to me."

Glover's statement surely left nothing to be desired but it's understandable how he's trying to maintain some secrecy about the show. However, with Star Wars Celebration set to return this May, we might get ourselves some much-need updates regarding the Lando series so I guess we'll just have to wait for that.
