Does Tokita Ohma Die?
No, Tokita Ohma is still alive in Kengan Ashura despite his fatal injuries caused by the side effects of Life Advance.
Tokita Ohma is unlike any ordinary fighter in the anime. He is not one to be defeated easily in a one-on-one match due to his advanced combat prowess and fighting instincts.

But in Kengan Ashura Season 2, Tokita Ohma collapsed after his victory against the Kure Family’s irregular fighter, Raian.

How Will Tokita Ohma Die in Kengan Ashura?
Tokita Ohma will die in two or three ways in the Kengan Ashura anime. First, he will succumb to the side effects of Life Advance, and his heart will stop beating.
Second, he will die fighting against strong opponents like the Fang of Metsudo Kanoh Agito, the Devil Lance Kuroki Gensai, the Genocider Muteba Gizenga, the Lightning God Mikazuchi Rei, or even the Wild Tiger Wakatsuki Takeshi.
Third, Setsuna Kiryu will confront Tokita in a fight that will show who, between the two of them, is the superior user of the Niko Style.
Setsuna Kiryu is a very dangerous fighter, for he has the same fighting style as Tokito, in addition to his Koei style.
It will not be an easy feat to kill Tokita Ohma in Kengan Ashura. Setsuna treats him like a god (Ashura), and what do gods do in anime? They wreak havoc and live for a very long time!
What Will the Future Hold for Tokita Ohma?
If Tokita Ohma dies, he will be forgotten easily in the series. But if he survives, Tokita Ohma will be a much stronger fighter, mastering the Niko style in the process.
