How long has it been since we got an update on Doctor Who Series 12? Way too long. Luckily, we might finally be getting the first trailer for the upcoming season next week.

Of course, it doesn't actually confirm that the trailer for Doctor Who Season 12 will be released soon. The only thing we can be sure of is that this exciting new announcement will be connected to Jodie Whittaker's Time Lord. Nevertheless, fans are already hoping that the first teaser from the upcoming season will be dropped by next week.
There are several other speculations as to what the announcement is going to be. Some believe that it could be the Season 12 premiere date or exciting casting news. Could one of the former Doctors like David Tennant make an appearance in the 12th season? We'll have to wait for an official confirmation to be sure.
Series 12 will bring back Whittaker as the Thirteenth Doctor. She will be joined by Bradley Walsh, Tosin Cole, and Mandip Gill, who play the Doctor's companions Graham, Ryan, and Yas, respectively. The series is led by Chris Chibnall, who serves as the current showrunner and head writer.
