Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness continues to do very well at the box office as it now grossed more than $700 million worldwide. It's now just a matter of time before the film heads to streaming where fans will have a chance to revisit it again in the comfort of their home. There have been questions about when will the film arrive on Disney+ and now it looks like we may have the potential date.

Per The Direct, the official Instagram account of Disney+ Germany may have accidentally leaked the film's release date on the platform. According to the now-deleted post, Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness will arrive on Disney+ on June 22 along with a "making of" documentary.

As of now, Disney+ has not made any official announcement or comment on whether the leaked date is true. However, it is known that the film is expected to arrive on streaming and home video at least 45 days after its release in theaters fulfilling its window.

The June 22 date is more than 45 days after its US theatrical release so it is likely to be true although we still have to wait for an official announcement from the streamer. However, there is also a possibility that it was a mistake on Disney+ Germany's social media team's part so we have to take it with a grain of salt.

If you look at Shang-Chi and the Legend of the Ten Rings and Eternals' Disney+ release date, they had a respective 70 and 68-day gap between their release in theaters and on the streamer so there is a chance that the June 22 might not be true since it would be a 47-day gap which will be far from the usual. Let's just wait for an official announcement from Disney+ to find out its actual release date on the platform.
