Dr. Stone has been dropping a lot of updates on its upcoming content. Dr. Stone: Ryusui has just premiered and the franchise officially released the opening sequence for the special episode which once again features Good Morning World! by Burnout Syndicates. In addition to that, the new teaser for Dr. Stone Season 3 has been unveiled, confirming its official title!
The opening sequence for Dr. Stone: Ryusui has an awesome throwback to the first season as it uses the anime's original opening theme Good Morning World! which is performed by Burnout Syndicates. It shows most of the characters we have already met in the show's first two seasons then shines the spotlight on Ryusui. Check it out below.
Soon after the premiere of Dr. Stone: Ryusui, a new teaser for the anime's third season was released. Although it's only a brief look at Dr. Stone Season 3, it does confirm that the show's upcoming season will be titled New World. Additionally, the release date has been set for Spring 2023.
It's an awesome glimpse at what will be happening when Dr. Stone Season 3 premieres next year but we're also hoping that a longer trailer will be released soon. For now, the show is only set for a Spring 2023 broadcast but has not yet been given an official release date. Stay tuned for more updates on this story.
It will still be a long wait for Dr. Stone: New World but fans can look forward to something awesome from the franchise this month. The stage play Dr. Stone: The Stage - Science World will run in Tokyo from July 9 to 18, 2022 before moving to Kobe later in the same month from July 21 to 24, 2022.
Dr. Stone Season 3 premieres in Spring 2023.
