No, Hanzawa and Tashiro did not end up together in Sasaki and Miyano. They remained civil to each other, without signs that they had romantic interests with each other.
It was only the fans who loved to ship Hanzawa and Tashiro together because they complement each other’s personalities, behaviors, and interests.
