So, Will Aika and Wataru End up Together? Current Status and Predictions Explored
As of writing, Aika and Wataru have yet to end up together in The Dreaming Boy is a Realist.
Their status has not changed that much and it looks like the author still has no plans to make them official. Aika and Wataru are seemingly on an endless tease due to their complicated situation.
While Wataru has become passive about his intentions toward Aika, the latter doesn’t have the guts to accept her true feelings toward the former.
This is a messy situation to be in, and it would probably take a long time for a slow-burn romance anime such as The Dreaming Boy Is a Realist to give these two characters their happy ending!
