Disney+ Reveals Release Date for Marvel's Loki

Marvel's Loki will be the third MCU series on Disney+. The first two are WandaVision, to be followed by The Falcon and The Winter Soldier. The release date is set for June, which puts it right on time for the 2021 winter season.

WandaVision is nearing its finale. Meanwhile, The Falcon and The Winter Soldier will air from mid-March to Mid-April. Black Widow is still slated to be released to theaters in May. This is why Loki is arriving in June.

Loki's original release date was set in January 2021 but it was delayed due to the unforeseen events caused by the pandemic. The events within the Loki series become more intriguing as the Marvel Cinematic Universe continues the building of Phase 4.

As of the moment, not much is known about the series but there is a premise available for Marvel's Loki. The series will have Loki (Tom Hiddleston) being brought to the Time Variance Authority organization after they stole the Tesseract. The series will be set was during the events of Avengers: Endgame.

The series will travel time, which can alter human history, which could end up with Loki being trapped in his own crime thriller. Tom Hiddleston will be coming back to reprise his role in the MCU series.

Owen Wilson will also join the series as he plays the character Mobius M. Mobius. He is a member of the Time Variance Authority (TVA). The TVA is a police organization that is tasked with monitoring the timeline and the multiverse. Hiddleston assisted Wilson to prepare for the role.

Marvel's Loki will be released on June 11, 2021, on Disney+.
