Marvel fans are excited to see the return of Wanda Maximoff and Vision in the upcoming Disney+ series, WandaVision. The show was initially slated for release on 2021, but it seems like it'll arrive at the streaming service much earlier than that.
The House of Mouse recently released a video of everything that's coming to Disney+ in 2020. One of the shows included in the roster is WandaVision, which basically confirms that the highly-anticipated series will move its release date from 2021 to 2020. The show's promotional image is shown at the 37-second mark, you can check out the full video below.
Since the show will be available sometime this year, this means that WandaVision will follow The Falcon and the Winter Soldier's release. That being said, there was no specific date mentioned as to when the series will be officially released, but it could be sometime in the second half of this year. Needless to say, this will be great news for Marvel fans who have been patiently waiting for the show's debut.
Marvel Studios president Kevin Feige says Marvel fans will "see more of what Wanda can do," as well as learn about what exactly makes Vision, well, Vision. He also revealed that the show would have "repercussions for the entire future" of the MCU's Phase 4.
Aside from WandaVision and The Falcon and the Winter Soldier, Disney+ will also release other Marvel series in the near future including Moon Knight, Loki, and What If? Amongst others.
