Now that Avengers: Endgame has finally closed the curtain on the third phase of the Marvel Cinematic Universe, Marvel Studios has decided to unveil a part of its plans for the future of the franchise. While it might not seem like much, Marvel fans finally have the release dates for some of the projects that Marvel's working on for Phase 4 of the MCU.

Disney just recently announced its release date schedule (via ComicBook.com) for the next seven years for some of the studio's biggest franchises, including Marvel. In the Mickey Mouse House's release slate, fans get to see eight slots listed down as "untitled Marvel" movies. Two have been listed down for 2020 and three have been listed down for 2021 and 2022.

The names of these Marvel movies haven't been provided yet, but we're pretty certain that these dates might include the sure-fire projects that the studio's been working on. This includes the Black Widow standalone movie that the studio promised Scarlett Johansson, The Eternals, Black Panther 2, Doctor Strange 2, Shang-Chi, and of course, James Gunn's Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3.

However, we can't be totally certain which date is for which film, though it's very likely that the first slot would go to the Black Widow movie. After all, the film's production is expected to begin in June, putting it on track for Marvel's very first release date. The Eternals is also rumored to begin principal photography sometime in August, so we might be able to expect it sometime in 2020 as well.

Avengers: Endgame is currently screening in cinemas.
