Did Marvel's Spider-Man Just Show Up in The Avengers: Age of Ultron After Credits Scene?

This might is either an impressive fake or our first look at Marvel's Spider-Man. 

Even though Joss Whedon and Kevin Faige claimed that there won't be a post-credits scene for Avengers: Age of Ultron, a new clip has surfaced online, and it appears to be that there's one and it gives us a first look at the web-crawler. 

The video features a man washing the window of a New York skyscraper. Behind him, you can see Tony's Stark's Avenger Tower and then Spider-Man shows up to let him know that he missed a spot.
