Deadpool Tells Domino To Use Her "Imaginary Powers" To Stop Cable in The First Clip From Deadpool 2

20th Century Fox has released the first Deadpool 2 clip and it shows the Merc With A Mouth (Ryan Reynolds) and Domino (Zazie Beetz) trying to stop Cable (Josh Brolin) from killing the mutant kid.

Deadpool clearly doesn't believe that Domino's luck power is real, so in the heat of the chase, he tells her to use all of her "imaginary powers" to stop Cable. The clip shows Domino driving the truck with the kid they are trying to protect inside, and Deadpool is racing behind it with a Vespa scooter. Then Cable jumps on the roof of the truck and easily enters the back of it. As expected, Deadpool makes a funny commentary.

This is a fun clip that gives us a taste of the kind of team-up between Deadpool and Domino. We'll probably see the rest of the X-Force doing their part against Cable in the film.

Synopsis:

After surviving a near fatal bovine attack, a disfigured cafeteria chef (Wade Wilson) struggles to fulfill his dream of becoming Mayberry's hottest bartender while also learning to cope with his lost sense of taste. Searching to regain his spice for life, as well as a flux capacitor, Wade must battle ninjas, the yakuza, and a pack of sexually aggressive canines, as he journeys around the world to discover the importance of family, friendship, and flavor – finding a new taste for adventure and earning the coveted coffee mug title of World's Best Lover.

Deadpool 2 also stars Jack Kesy as the film's primary villain, along with Julian Dennison, Leslie Uggams as Blind Al, Morena Baccarin as Vanessa, Brianna Hildebrand as Negasonic Teenage Warhead, and Stefan Kapicic as the voice of Colossus, Shioli Kutsuna, Terry Crews, and Bill Skarsgard.

Deadpool 2 hits theaters May 18.
