Deadpool Star Ryan Reynolds Gave Tom Holland a Case of Gin Amidst COVID-19 Quarantine

One of the worst things about the mandatory self-quarantine during the Coronavirus outbreak is being stuck at home without anything to drink. Luckily for Tom Holland, someone has his back. The Spider-Man 3 actor has just revealed that he was sent a case of gin by none other than Deadpool star Ryan Reynolds.

Holland was recently an online guest on Jimmy Kimmel Live! where he surprised the host's young son for the child's birthday. However, the Spider-Man: Far From Home actor also had some grown-up stories to tell Kimmel. For instance, he admitted that Reynolds sent him a case of Aviation Gin just when Holland had decided to stop drinking for a while.

"I actually said this weekend that I was going to stop drinking for a week, I was going to have a week off," Holland stated. "And then literally Monday morning, Ryan Reynolds sent me a case of gin. I was literally like 'I'm not drinking for the whole week, not drinking at all,' and then the doorbell rang and there was a case of gin from the lovely Ryan."

Not surprisingly, Reynolds even left a nice note for the young actor. "It says here on the box, it says 'some friendly neighborhood spider-gin -- love, Ryan," Holland said.

It must be nice to be getting some free liquor from Reynolds, who was clearly keeping an eye out for Holland. Needless to say, we're hoping that the Avengers: Endgame star is enjoying his time in self-quarantine.

Holland is set to return in the still-untitled Spider-Man 3, which is scheduled for release on July 16, 2021.
