Deadpool Rumored To Make His MCU Debut In A 2021 Marvel Movie

Marvel has yet to announce its plans for the X-Men, Fantastic Four, and all of the other mutant heroes that the studio's gained from Disney's acquisition of 21st Century Fox. However, there are rumors going around saying that Ryan Reynold's Merc with a Mouth is set to join the Marvel Cinematic Universe soon.

According to a report by We Got This Covered, sources say that Deadpool is finally going to make his Marvel debut in 2021. These sources claim that the Merc with a Mouth is going to make an appearance in a post-credits tease in a Marvel movie next, next year.

Though we have to take this report with a large grain of salt, Disney has always been vocal about allowing the Deadpool franchise to continue. Sure, Disney might not be as eager to work on the X-Men film franchise after the failings of X-Men: Dark Phoenix, however, the Mickey Mouse House understands that the Deadpool film franchise has a pretty strong following. It would be a shame for Disney to let the Merc with a Mouth go unused. Marvel fans love Ryan Reynolds' Deadpool and everyone's eager to see the violent avocado return to the big screen for another Deadpool movie.

We've yet to see which Marvel movie is going to introduce Deadpool though. Marvel has two different movies scheduled for 2021. There's Shang-Chi and the Legend of the Ten Rings, which is slated for release on February 12, 2021. There's also Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness, which is set to premiere on May 7, 2021.

Either way, it's going to be a hoot to see Deadpool in the MCU.
