DCeased ended up being one of the better non-canon events DC Comics has put out, managing to make the superhero/zombie genre feel fresh again. This is quite the shocker since events like Blackest Night, Necrosha X, and Marvel Zombies basically ran this concept to the ground. Thankfully, Tom Taylor proved that good writing and heart can make this genre feel fresh again and fans will be happy to know that a DCeased 2 is coming.
Taylor himself confirmed the news on his Twitter, revealing a new cover from renowned artist David Finch. This cover also shows off a new version of the Justice League, which might not seem too different until you realize that (SPOILERS) Batman, Superman, and Wonder Woman died in the original version. These characters appear to be their successors, Jonathan Kent (Superman), Damian Wayne (Batman), and Cassie Sandsmark (Wonder Woman).
It's also pretty cool seeing John Constantine and Swamp Thing on this roster since we usually see them in Justice League Dark or their own solo titles. Considering how this series is known for killing off various beloved characters, there's a good chance that one of them might perish. Sure, they could kill one of the younger characters but that would just be cruel.
