DC Universe Asks Fans if Jason Todd Should Live or Die in Titans Season 2

It looks like DC has gone back to the past to stir up some fan emotions since they are asking fans if Jason Todd should live or die in Titans Season 2; just like they did years ago. Back in the day, DC Comics asked fans if Jason should live after getting beaten to near-death by the Joker. In the end, fans decided to vote for Jason's death since they thought he was too annoying as Robin and it looks like history is repeating itself.

Fans votes in DC Universe are pretty even but those that are voting for Jason's death outnumber the others who want him to live by 100 votes or so. There's still more time to vote but it looks like there's a good chance that Titans is going to lose a character in Jason Todd.

Personally, I think it's boring that fans are voting for a result that happened in the comics. While Titans made itself different from the comics, like having Deathstroke be responsible for the possible death of Jason, it feels like fans are just doing this because they want the series to be more like the comics.

We'll have to wait and see if Jason will actually die. More importantly, it's going to be interesting to see if they bring him back and make him Red Hood. Honestly, they should have just kept him alive as Robin but I suppose fans need themselves some Tim Drake.

Oh well, on with the cliches.

Titans Season 2 airs weekly on DC Universe.
