Daredevil's getting its third season next year along with the second seasons of Jessica Jones and Luke Cage and now a new report claims that Matt Murdock's (Charlie Cox) solo series will finally start production this October.
According to a report by MCU Exchange, Daredevil season 3 will finally start filming in New York around the later part of October close to Halloween. While it's uncertain whether Daredevil would play around the holiday season for its production, we're sure that fans have been waiting for the series to start filming its third season.
Jessica Jones and Luke Cage started work on their new seasons months ago and many were quite surprised that it's been taking Daredevil so long to start production despite having its release set for 2018.
Luckily, with Jessica Jones and Luke Cage winding down production, it seems like Marvel TV can focus on filming Daredevil season 3 which may come out a bit later after the release of Krysten Ritter and Mike Colter's solo series.
Before Daredevil however, Cox is set to reprise his role as Matt Murdock alongside Ritter, Colter and Finn Jones in The Defenders which premieres on August 18.
