Cyberpunk 2077 is going to be one of the biggest titles coming out next year and fans are pretty pumped to check out this new world that CD Projekt Red has brought to life. The developers have promised fans a lot of freedom for players and it looks like that will also be present when choosing/creating a character. According to the developers, certain options and quests will be different depending on the life path that players choose.
Should a player choose to grow up in the streets, they will have an easier time dealing with the gangsters and criminals in those areas. On the other hand, if they choose to be a corporate, they will have a big advantage when dealing with corporations and any other big-wigs that players will have to confront.
They're basically making first-world and third-world problems a big part of the game and that is great.
Obviously, these life paths will also affect other parts of the story and that should please RPG fans. Older gamers will remember the glory days of Dragon Age: Origins, where players had to choose different origins for their character, all of which led to a completely unique opening. This might be what Cyberpunk 2077 is also promising and that should lead to multiple playthroughs and plenty of fun times to be had.
Fans will be able to play Cyberpunk 2077 on April 16, 2020.
