Cyberpunk 2077 Announces Night City Wire Event for June

After a year that's already given us Animal Crossing: New Horizons, DOOM Eternal, and Final Fantasy VII Remake, it's hard to believe that there are still games to get excited about. We have The Last of Us Part II, which has been leaked and is supposedly bad, Ghost of Tsushima, and, of course, Cyberpunk 2077. Most of us have high hopes about the game since CD Projekt Red is working on it and the company has plans to reveal more about this project in June.

On social media, CD Projekt Red announced a Night City Wire event for Cyberpunk 2077, which probably would have been their E3 showcase had the event not been canceled due to COVID-19. We aren't sure why the event is called Night City Wire but it will be interesting to see what kind of information they release, though most fans just want the game in their hands.

In short, CD Projekt Red doesn't really have to do a lot when it comes to convincing us to get this game. They got Keanu Reeves to appear in the game, it has gorgeous graphics, the gameplay looks fun, there really isn't much else that will convince people to not buy this game. Sure, there is a multiplayer mode coming to the game but that's post-launch and won't be reviewed with this title.

Cyberpunk 2077 will be coming to PS4, Xbox One, PC, and Google Stadia in September. It is also coming out on PS5 and Xbox Series X in the future.
