Crisis On Infinite Earths Might Feature Tom Ellis As Lucifer

It seems like anyone who's anyone will be joining the upcoming Arrowverse crossover event. Case in point, a new report claims that Tom Ellis has been spotted on the set of Crisis on Infinite Earths looking a lot like Lucifer Morningstar.

The leak comes from Twitter user @canadagraphs who was present on the set of Crisis on Infinite Earths. The tweet reveals that Ellis was also on the set, which might confirm that Lucifer will be part of the major crossover event.

"There was a scene with at least 4 actors tonight at the set. David Ramsey, Katherine McNamara and Matt Ryan.... no surprises there. They did a scene with Tom Ellis dressed like Lucifer Morningstar. Yes, you read that correct," they wrote.

We already know that Ramsey has been hanging out with McNamara and Ryan on the set of Arrow. After all, Ramsey shared photographic evidence that also happened to include Stephen Amell. However, Ramsey's photo didn't feature Ellis at all. Is Ellis' cameo supposed to be a surprise?

An appearance from the Devil himself shouldn't be a huge surprise. Technically, Lucifer is sort of part of the DC Comics via The Sandman, right? We'd really love the idea of seeing more of Ellis as Lucifer soon. In the meantime, we would still recommend taking this with a grain of salt.

Crisis on Infinite Earths will kick off with the Supergirl episode on December 8. The fifth and final season of Lucifer has not yet been given an official release date but is expected to air on Netflix by 2020.
