Crazy Star Wars Fan Theory Says That Rebels Ate Stormtroopers With The Ewoks On Endor

The Rebels might have won the fight on the Forest Moon of Endor in Star Wars: Return of the Jedi, but a new theory about the Rebellion's little celebration with the Ewoks has been making the fanbase a little bit queasy.

Revisiting Star Wars: Episode VI, a Star Wars fan noticed that while everyone seems to be having a good time after winning the fight against the Empire on Endor, the movie doesn't really make it clear what everyone is eating during the Rebel's celebration. Posting on Reddit, the fan made the wildest suggestion yet – the Ewoks and Rebels were actually eating the remains of the Empire's stormtroopers.

It's a sickening thought, really, but the Star Wars fan going by the name of ShaneOf makes some good points. For one, the amount of meat needed for a celebratory feast as large as the one in Return of the Jedi wouldn't have been on hand after the battle with the Empire. The Ewoks would have needed to hunt the meat, and the battle would have probably scared creatures away from where the Ewoks lived.

Not only that, but Ewoks have a taste for human flesh. Why hunt when you have dead Stormtroopers lying around? The worst part of this theory is that the Rebel alliance actually knew what they were eating – Rebel leadership knew that Ewoks liked eating human flesh.

It's a frightening theory to say the least. Let's hope that George Lucas didn't really have the Rebels eat human flesh together with the Ewoks.
