Cowboy Bebop Drops New Opening Credit Sequence

We finally have some footage from the live-action Cowboy Bebop adaptation, thanks to the opening sequence dropped at TUDUM. Amazingly, the clip also offers our first glimpse at Vicious and Julia.

The Cowboy Bebopopening sequence still features Yoko Kanno's Tank! but with John Cho, Mustafa Shakir, and Daniella Pineda. There are awesome glimpses at Spike Spiegel and Faye Valentine in action while Jet Black calmly attends to his bonsai tree.

Interestingly, the opening sequence also features brief glimpses at Alex Hassell as Vicious, who at one point gets into a fight with Spike. There is also a shot of Elena Satine's Julia shedding a tear. The best part (for most fans including us) is Ein's happy little face.

But where is the Cowboy Bebop trailer? Fans believed that the first teaser will be dropped at TUDUM. However, we might need to wait a week or two to get the first trailer for the upcoming adaptation.

The new series will also star Geoff Stults as Chalmers, Tamara Tunie as Ana, Mason Alexander Park as Gren, Rachel House as Mao, Ann Truong and Hoa Xuande as Shin and Lin, Blessing Mokgohloa as Santiago, Molly Moriarty as Kimmie Black, and Lucy Currey as Judy. Cowboy Bebop will also feature Ein's best friend Ed although it has not yet been revealed who will play the character.

Cowboy Bebop will consist of 10 episodes and is scheduled to premiere on Netflix on November 19, 2021.
