Could This be a Court of Owls Easter Egg in The Batman?

DC FanDome had dropped the first teaser for Matt Reeves' The Batman, and a lot of people online have poring over every frame just to get more clues about the plot. What's interesting is, this one shot could be a hint at a connection with the Court of Owls from the comics.

For context, this is the card that the Riddler sends the Batman, and while the message inside is what everyone is looking at, I think it's interesting that there should be an owl at the cover, seeing that the Court of Owls are villains that the fans have been hyping up for years.

Though the possibility of the Court being involved in the film is still up in the air, fans don't have to wait too long to finally get to see the COO make their way into popular media. In the newly announced game from WB Montreal, Gotham Knights, the Court of Owls has also been teased as an adversary. We don't know exactly what they will bring to the table, but I can imagine they could be behind all of the villains that are plaguing Gotham.

Going back to The Batman though, it's possible we could get more villains than just Catwoman, Riddler, and Penguin. Word has it that Firefly is actually going to show up, plus John Turturo is playing crime boss Carmine Falcone. Who knows who else could show up?
