A recent Disney Investors Call had given us some new info about incoming material, and it was recently reported that there were two unannounced Marvel shows in development. What's interesting is that it's possible that there could be a third unannounced show incoming.
This was speculated by insider Daniel Richtman:
If we count the shows that have been announced, we would have The Falcon and The Winter Soldier, WandaVision, Loki, Hawkeye, What Ifā¦?, She-Hulk, Ms. Marvel, and Moon Knight. If the math is right, we would have two extra shows in the works, but Richtman is betting on the idea that What If is already done and wrapped up.
Of course, we don't have any idea how deep Richtman's reach is when it comes to information, so for now, we should just take this as speculation.
I don't know what possible shows could be unannounced, but I have a feeling that one of them is the Thunderbolts property. Rumors have been going around since last year, and it would be fun to see a full-on villain team for the MCU. This is just my fingers crossed, but I hope they find a way to bring back Sam Rockwell's Justin Hammer from Iron Man 2.
As for other shows, they could range from anything to a new property or spinoff of an existing character. I think War Machine deserves his time in the spotlight, and maybe even a Young Avengers show could be interesting. Until Disney makes an official announcement, all we can really do is guess.
Catch the first Marvel Disney show, The Falcon and The Winter Soldier on Disney+ this August.
