Colossus, Cyclops, and Loki Join Marvel Ultimate Alliance 3 as Free DLC

Marvel Ultimate Alliance 3: The Black Order is now available for the Nintendo Switch and it's a grand time. Sure, it's not the deepest game ever made but as far as beat-em-up games are considered, Ultimate Alliance 3 is pretty great. The upcoming Expansion Pass promises more playable characters and story scenarios for gamers to partake in but it looks like there's more DLC coming; at no extra cost!

During the Marvel Games panel in SDCC 2019, they confirmed that Loki would be patched in today. Players will have to unlock him by going through the Infinity Trials but at least we get him for free. As if Thor's half-brother wasn't enough to get excited about, Marvel Games revealed that Cyclops and Colossus will be added to the game next month as a free update. Fantastic.

Fans were originally bummed when they saw Cyclops and Colossus as NPCs but it looks like that won't be the case for long. We're still in for quite the wait though since the two mutants won't be brought to the game until August 30 but at least we're getting them for free. Soon, we'll be able to use them during that Sentinel attack on Xavier's mansion, so we can have a perfect X-Men team.
