Among these is the Code Geass films which began with a three-part compilation movie. This three-parter follows the story of the anime series but introduces new details, enough that it exists in an alternate timeline.

Not a lot of details have been shared about the movie in the following years. Finally, though, it was confirmed just recently via its website that the movie has a new title, Code Geass: Rozé of the Recapture.

Moreover, it was announced that the movie will be split into four parts. The first of which got a release date reveal along with a main cast announcement.
