In the previous episode of Classroom of the Elite season 2, Kiyotaka and Suzune think that Kikyo is the traitor. She has been receiving points from other classes.
When the three of them monitored Team White, Suzune confronted Kikyo about selling her VIP information to which Kikyo said that she did not.
During the festival, Suzune got hurt after colliding with Saki. This did not stop Team White to continue targeting Suzune and Sudo to lower the morale of Class D.
If this is not enough, Sudo punched Hirata which added impact to lower the class morale as he was enraged for being targeted.
