Chris Pratt Compares Jurassic World 3 to Avengers: Endgame

We've known for a while that Jurassic World 3 will bring back original franchise actors like Laura Dern and Sam Neill, and everyone is excited to see al of them come back. During a recent appearance on Ellen, Chris Pratt talks a bit about how everyone's return is not unlike a certain 2019 blockbuster.

"All the cast from the original Jurassic Park is coming back," says Pratt, "It's going to feel very much like how Endgame brought everything together for Marvel."

We don't know how the film plans to bring back Alan Grant and Ellie Sattler, but hopefully they don't outshine the series' main protagonists Owen and Claire. Personally, I really loved how they brought in Jeff Goldblum in the last film; though he had no main stake in the story, he does provide the overall theme for the movie and acts as the bookends.

By the looks of it, Jurassic World 3 is going to be massive. Pratt says that he's booked for a hundred shooting days, and though he starts tomorrow, principal photography is set to end sometime in July.

With Fallen Kingdom not too well received, I'm hoping that Colin Trevorrow has something better planned when it comes to this trilogy end. After being fired from Star Wars, I'm actually eager to watch him pick himself up and bring us a movie that fans will enjoy.

Catch Jurassic World 3 when it hits theaters June 11, 2021. You can also catch Pratt in Disney Pixar's Onward which hits theaters March 4.
