Chris Pratt and Chris Evans Delivered Presents and Raised Money For Seattle Children's Hospital

Chris Pratt and Chris Evans aren't just superheroes in Marvel films; they're also superheroes in reality. When the two Marvel fans decided to make a Super Bowl bet in which Evans would visit the Seattle's Children's Hospital if the Seattle Seahawks won and Pratt would visit Christopher Haven in New England if the New England Patriots won, but after the Patriots won, Pratt kindly offered his side of the bet and went to Christopher Haven as Star-Lord with Chris Evans. Then Evans announced that they would also be visiting the Seattle Children's Hospital.

On Friday, Evans dressed as Captain America visited Seattle Children's Hospital with Pratt.

According to the Seattle Children's Hospital, the children received gifts donated by Marvel, Teefury, Funko, and Emerald City Comicon. Disney also sent the Captain America costume for Evans to wear in the hospital. Seattle Children Hospital said that Evans and Pratt also raised more than $27,000 for Christopher Haven and Seattle's Children Hospital.

"We are grateful that real-life superheroes Chris Pratt and Chris Evans turned their sports rivalry into an opportunity to support kids in their communities," said Lisa Brandenburg, president of Seattle Children's. "We are delighted that patients and families at both Seattle Children's and Christopher's Haven will benefit from these generous donations."
