Chris Hemsworth Teases How Tom Hiddleston Return As Loki In Avengers: Endgame

Fans are still mourning the unfortunate death of Loki in Avengers: Infinity War but that hasn't stopped people from theorizing on how Tom Hiddleston will miraculously be brought back this April. Now Chris Hemsworth has offered his opinion on how the God of Mischief might return in Avengers: Endgame.

Hemsworth recently joined Endgame directors Joe and Anthony Russo as well as co-star Scarlett Johansson at a fan event in London (via Express). When asked about Loki's possible return in the fourth Avengers movie, the Thor: Ragnarok actor agreed that the character does have a knack at cheating death.

"Ahhh, he's like the girlfriend you break up with and they don't get the message. Like, ‘You're dead, sorry, it's over,' and they're coming round to hang the new drapes. The most poignant moments [of Thor's films] have been with Loki," he said.

But will Thor eventually be reunited with his brother in Endgame? Hemsworth is choosing to stay quiet at the moment. However, he does admit that he hopes to work with Hiddleston again soon.

"I don't know what the future holds. I love Tom. I miss him," Hemsworth confessed.

Although we're still unsure if Loki will actually show up in Endgame, Hiddleston is already expected to reprise the role in a new Marvel series that will air on Disney+. Either way, we're sure to get more of the God of Mischief in the future.

The synopsis for Endgame reads as follows:

"The grave course of events set in motion by Thanos that wiped out half the universe and fractured the Avengers ranks compels the remaining Avengers to take one final stand in Marvel Studios' grand conclusion to twenty-two films, Avengers: Endgame."

Avengers: Endgame will hit theaters on April 26.
