There's certainly a lot of hype surrounding Avengers 4 after Marvel fans got to see Thanos turn half of the living universe in the MCU turn into dust at the single snap of his fingers and according to Marvel's Captain America star, the Infinity War sequel won't disappoint.
Evans just recently attended a Marvel Panel at this year's ACE Comic Con (via ComicBook.com) together with Karen Gillan and Lee Pace to promote the second half of Marvel's two-part Avengers movie. During the Q and A session in the panel, a fan asked the MCU's Steve Rogers about the things that he was most excited for fans to see in Avengers 4. Though the actor couldn't provide any specifics, Evans did say he was more than excited for fans to see the film.
"There's just nothing that I can say but there's so much good stuff...there's so many good things," Evans said. "I mean, I guess all I can say is if Marvel has proven anything it's just that they know what they're doing. They know what they're doing. I don't think they've missed a beat. Their worse mistakes are other studios' like biggest blessings you know what I mean? Like, they don't miss, they don't miss, and they have not missed with this one and it really is just an incredible culmination of this unbelievable tapestry of...I mean, how many individual series is it? Is it like, what six, seven individual parts coming together."
Marvel is very particular about the stories it tells, so we're pretty sure that we're going to have a riot watching Avengers 4. Phase 3 of the franchise is definitely going to end with a bang, especially when Captain America has to sacrifice his life to bring back the heroes that turned into dust at the end of Infinity War.
Avengers 4 is set to premiere on May 3, 2019.
