If you thought the Earth's Mightiest Heroes assembling to fight Thanos and his army in Avengers: Endgame was the peak of the Marvel Cinematic Universe in terms of big moments, that was apparently just the tip of the iceberg. Now, if the latest rumors are to be believed, the penultimate film in the Multiverse Saga, Avengers: Secret Wars will reportedly drop even bigger surprises that will probably blow every Marvel fan's brains out.

It is being reported by several sources that the blow-off film for Phase 6 will feature characters from all Marvel films. And it's reportedly not just exclusive to the MCU but other characters from films like X-Men and Fantastic Four, and even Sony's Spider-Man will appear in the project.

The idea seemed to have opened the doors for Chris Evans to return as Johnny Storm aka Human Torch in 2026 and while the former Captain America actor is unsure about coming back to the MCU, the multiverse just made things a lot easier.

Unsurprisingly, fans aren't entirely against the idea of the "Sexiest Man Alive" returning to his F4 roots. Instagram digital artist @clements.ink recently unveiled a fan art depicting Evans' Johnny Storm comeback and it's nothing short of "fantastic". Check it out below:

The idea sounds too ambitious on paper to actually pull off but let's be honest, if there's anyone in Hollywood who can do it, it's definitely Marvel Studios. If the rumors of Kevin Feige putting together almost every Marvel character in the film are true, then it would be safe to assume that Secret Wars will have a longer runtime than Endgame.

Marvel Studios' Avengers: Secret Wars is currently slated for release on May 1, 2026.
