During his interview on the show, Choo Sung Hoon revealed what prompted him to join MMA.
He shared that he started judo at the age of 3 or four, thanks to his father’s influence. Interestingly, he trained until he is in his 30s.
“After that, I did MMA for 17 years. I compete with younger people, too,” he said, adding that he wanted to show that middle-aged guys like him could still fight younger opponents.
