Shazam! is officially coming out next month and we all can't wait to see the latest DCEU hero in action. Thanks to Aquaman being a box office success, fans are hoping that Shazam! will also do well and the movie has gotten positive reactions thus far. It will be interesting to see what its Rotten Tomatoes score will be but the trailers have hinted at a grand time thus far.
With the movie almost here, a new poster was released especially for China. As fans can see below (via ComicBookMovie), it is a very interesting poster and captures a lot of the fun that the film could offer. It's simple and clean, which is all we could ask for and the fact that all of the major characters are in the lightning bolt that is striking Billy Batson is a nice bit of storytelling, showing how his world has changed with one word.
Now that the movie is gaining momentum, all we have to do is wait for it to come out and hope for the best. Aquaman was a step in the right direction, though it's writing could have been better, but it's visual flair and fun action scenes were enough to gain a worldwide fanbase. Let's hope that Billy Batson's movie improves on the flaws of Aquaman.
Shazam! comes out on April 5.
