Winter 24 has only just started, but fans can already look forward to upcoming shows in the next anime seasons of the year. Among these is Chillin’ in Another World With Level 2 Super Cheat Powers, which got a release window reveal.

This new anime’s premiere was announced via a new trailer that featured lots of new footage. It also highlighted the show’s main cast members.

Chillin' in Another World With Level 2 Super Cheat Powers is an upcoming anime. As its long title implies, this series is an isekai, and as such, it’s based on an ongoing light novel series.

The anime was revealed a few months ago. Initially, only its two main stars were revealed. Now, more cast members have been announced, including:

  • Satoshi Hino (Kyojuro Rengoku in Demon Slayer) as Flio
  • Rie Kugimiya (Taiga Aisaka in Toradora!) as Fenrys
  • Aya Yamane (Riho Tsukishima in The Cafe Terrace and Its Goddesses) as Balirossa
  • Mari Hino (Shushu Suruga in Chained Soldier) as Blossom
  • Yuuki Hirose (Koharu Hidaka in High Score Girl) as Byleri
  • Nene Hieda (Douki-chan in Ganbare Douki-chan) as Belano
  • Taishi Murata (Pieyon in Oshi no Ko) as Blonde Hero
  • Mikako Takahashi (Sadaharu in Gintama) as Tsuya
  • Ayako Kawasumi (Saber in Fate/Stay Night) as First Princess
  • Yuka Iguchi (Ushikai Musume in Goblin Slayer) as Sabea

New Chillin’ in Another World Theme Song Revealed

This upcoming isekai’s cast was highlighted in the latest trailer, and along with it was the preview of the show’s ending theme.

Its ending song is titled Utopia Gaku-Gairon (or Introduction to Utopian Studies in English) and it’s performed by Dialogue+. This music group also performed songs for Higehiro and Kubo Won't Let Me Be Invisible.

Interestingly, the show’s opening theme has not been revealed yet, though it’s likely that it will be announced closer to the premiere date.

The series by J.C.Staff (of DanMachi and Food Wars! fame) follows Banaza, a man summoned to the world of Kiyrode as a hero candidate, but he is soon banished to a forest as his skills are inadequate.

There, he levels up and gains infinite stats. Instead of returning as a hero, Banaza disguises himself as Flio and aims to stay out of the world’s conflict between humans and demons.

The Chillin’ in Another World With Level 2 Super Cheat Powers anime’s release date is set for April 2024. Right now, there’s no word yet on a specific release date, though more details will be shared soon.

As with most big shows of the season, Chillin’ in Another World will be streamed on Crunchyroll in the US, as well as other regions in Europe, South America, and more.

Meanwhile, fans in South and Southeast Asia will need to wait for more details on this series’ streaming release, though its streaming rights are held by Muse Communication.
