Nagisa Kubo has liked Junta Shiraishi ever since the first chapter of the Kubo Won’t Let Me Be Invisible manga. In fact, Nagisa is the only person in class who can easily identify Junta.
While the teacher and the rest of the class are oblivious to Junta's presence, Nagisa's fondness for him makes him stand out.
Junta is the main character of the story in Nagisa's eyes, despite his lack of presence in real life, and even after he feels more like a mob character.
Furthermore, Nagisa is always the first person to spot Junta, as everyone in class considers it lucky. After all, everyone believes that finding Junta twice a day is a good omen.
There is never a day in class when Nagisa does not notice Junta sitting beside her.

Junta Shiraishi also likes Nagisa Kubo in Kubo Won't Let Me Be Invisible. He adores Nagisa, and his heart beats faster whenever he is near her.
Although he still struggles to connect with Nagisa, Junta sure knows that he likes her.
Junta is initially oblivious to Nagisa's advances, despite the latter's efforts to connect with him on the same wavelength.
Part of the reason he became so oblivious is because of his socially invisible presence, which keeps his self-esteem low most of the time.
Worse, he doesn't see Nagisa as a romantic partner because they aren't on the same level.
For Junta, Nagisa would not bat an eye on him, let alone date him.

As of writing, Kubo Won’t Let Me Be Invisible is still ongoing, but based on the direction in which the manga is heading, Nagisa and Junta will almost certainly end up together.
In over 130 chapters, this school romance anime tells the story of Junta and Nagisa. While Junta almost has no presence, Nagisa can pass as the protagonist of a story and/or game.
From here on, Nagisa attempts to bridge the gap between them in the hope of one day making Junta visible to all.
It's only a matter of time before the two of them decide to resolve their feelings for one another.
They only need to confess to each other, be on the same page, and accept their feelings.
After all, Junta finally admits his feelings for Nagisa after a long time.
Despite being polar opposites, they complement each other really well.
Surprisingly, their chemistry and romantic tension are on point whenever they are together.
True enough, opposites attract, and in Nagisa and Junta's case, a happy ending is on the horizon.
